A Southern Palate

Featured here are more than 130 of Robert St. John’s great recipes, including many of his signature dishes like Corn and Crab Bisque, White Chocolate Bread Pudding, Smoked Duck Spring Rolls, Sensation Salad, Zydeco Chicken, and Crab Cakes Monica. Thirty-four previously unpublished Wyatt Waters paintings, most created specifically for this book, add beautiful and colorful garnish to the sumptuous recipes.
