All of my hot sauces are aged up to one year before they are bottled, and they all feature cayenne pepper. Other hot sauces list vinegar or any old variety of pepper as the primary ingredient. Cayenne is the premier pepper for hot sauce, that's why I insist that it is the primary ingredient. This hot sauce tastes great on everything from soups to scrambled eggs. Like all of my hot sauces, it has been aged up to one year before it is bottled. It contains no preservatives, no artificial additives, and no food coloring. It is pure and flavorful.
