My Cayenne and Garlic hot sauce is the most versatile hot sauce on the market. It's not too hot and not too mild. Some hot sauces are nothing but heat, my Cayenne and Garlic hot sauce is complex and versatile. It is the perfect accompaniment for all types of food but especially seafood, chicken, and vegetables. When paired with Robert St. John's Creole seasoning, it adds just the right dimension to a wide array of foods. Like all of my hot sauces, it has been aged up to one year before it is bottled. It contains no preservatives, no artificial additives, and no food coloring. It is pure and flavorful.
